A Where it sitsStrong, with one thing you have to respect
A masked sadist obsessed with survivors, playing with them like food and often saving his obsession for last. He begins every round in Stalker Mode, permanently Undetectable at reduced speed.
Hold the power button to stalk every visible survivor; they are highlighted and the closer you are the faster the Evil's Grasp gauge fills. A full gauge gives one use.
Lunges forward to grab. On contact he slams the survivor down and applies Anti-Heal for 40 seconds, then switches to Hunt Mode for 70 seconds: Undetectable lost, speed 20.4 studs/s, faster vaults and destruction. Spiking a survivor during Hunt adds 10 seconds.
When a survivor escapes a chase, see their aura for 4 seconds. Cooldown 40 / 35 / 30 seconds.
A survivor who stuns you becomes Vulnerable for 20 / 25 / 30 seconds. Cooldown 40 seconds.
Each chase you let a survivor escape banks a token, up to three. Each token is 2 / 3 / 4% speed. Basic attacks spend one.
Keep survivors injured and off generators rather than committing to long chases early. Power Evil's Grasp first, then use Hunt Mode's speed to traverse and destroy, that is when you pick off several survivors while their generator progress stays minimal. Watch the three nearest generators by standing in the open, undetectable, and trust the fear of the ambush to push them off.
Stay out of his line of sight, stalking needs it. Listen for the breathing ambience, which is a direct proximity cue, and for the global sound cue that tells you which mode he is in. Finish the generators in the centre of the map first, so the remaining ones spread further apart and hurt his mobility. The grab ignores the parry dagger, so do not rely on it.
Strong, with one thing you have to respect
Undetectable from the first second, and the grab ignores the parry dagger. Stealth forgives a bad chase, which is why he is the second killer worth owning: he wins rounds while you are still learning the maps.
This is the guide's own read of the late-2026 patch state, built from the powers, cooldowns and counterplay listed above, not a measured win-rate table. Alpha numbers move, so re-read a killer's page before you commit to buying him.
